has been cleared of accusations against him following an investigation by the Shreveport Police Department. Lunn was investigated after an incident where he was accused of messaging an online profile that appeared to belong to an underage girl. The profile was actually believed to have been set up by a group of men hoping to catch would-be child predators.

KTBS reported that Lunn resigned from his position in June. According to SPD's Public Information Officer Christopher Bordelon, the investigation revealed a digital trail that aligned with Lunn's initial statement of events and that the individuals who reported the incident altered the evidence. After the SPD Vice unit’s investigation, it was determined that the evidence available was insufficient to proceed with a case against Lunn, police said.

Soon after the report was made, the individuals who are believed to have set up the profile were arrested for a violent crime in a similar case the following week. While SPD did not find the evidence sufficient to warrant an arrest at this time, the case has been forwarded to the Caddo Parish District Attorney’s Office for their review, Bordelon said in an email. The Shreveport-Bossier City Advocate called Lunn's attorney, Dhu Thompson for comment but were unsuccessful in reaching Thompson.
