A site on the banks of a famous Scottish loch has been acquired to create a holiday park. The £15 million project will see more than 30 lodges built in the first year of the development. The Seventy Ninth Group said that it has strengthened its portfolio with the acquisition of the 17.

53 billion. AGS Airports, which also owns the flight hub at Southampton, has been owned by the Ferrovial and Macquarie consortium since 2014. The new owner of AGS, AviAlliance, says the airports are well-positioned for future growth with the expansion of route networks and air connectivity.

Founded in 1997 and acquired by PSP Investments in 2013, the AviAlliance portfolio of four airports collectively served 73 million passengers in 2023, an increase of more than 20% compared to 2022.
