Shoreham's most and least expensive streets revealed

The most and least expensive streets in Shoreham have been revealed. Estate agents Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the Sussex town's highest and lowest-priced homes are. In Old Fort Road (BN43), ten properties sold for an average of £1,287,150.

Some of the cheapest streets include Oakland Court (BN43) where 12 properties sold for an average of £146,250, Brighton Road (BN43) where three properties sold for an average of £155,000) and Fairlawns (BN43) where five properties sold for an average of £166,800.
