SHOPPERS raced to the Le Creuset sale to get their hands on the luxury kitchen items that had had prices slashed. Kitchen fans flocked to the firm’s Andover warehouse sale which saw deals of up to half price on casserole dishes, tumblers, baking traps and crockery. The sale, which shoppers said was “chaos,” had people queuing for four hours as they shared updates on their TikTok page.

The posh upmarket kitchen brand had advertised the sale in advance as the “largest in-person event” which has a “first-come-first-served” basis. Le Creuset told customers: “Attendees can shop a selection of premium cookware, including limited-edition colours, rare shapes and other unique styles at special prices.” Shoppers rushed to share their bargain finds on TikTok, as the Le Creuset sample sale was trending, while the hashtag #dutchovens has more than 320million views on the social media platform.
