In his new role, he will be instrumental in leading the Sheraton Hyderabad team to achieve greater guest satisfaction and service quality. Before joining Sheraton Hyderabad, Bose served as the general manager of Kochi Marriott Hotel since February 2021, where his leadership significantly advanced community development and associate growth. During his tenure, he spearheaded innovative initiatives like Marriott International’s ‘Life on Time’ program, which included a QR code feedback system, and ‘Frankly Speaking With Subhankar,’ promoting work-life balance.
Bose also collaborated with Kochi Metro and Rajagiri College on thrift activities aimed at uplifting underprivileged communities through sustainable efforts, reflecting Marriott’s core values. His leadership at Kochi Marriott led to the hotel receiving the Chief Minister’s Excellence Award for labor welfare in the star hotel and resort category in 2022. Additionally, Bose previously served as the general manager of the Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, where he played a key role.
