All we are asking is to deplane us and give us our luggage so we can go ahead with our lives. Don’t try our patience." The airline's official handle took to the comments section to respond to the complaint.

Your understanding is appreciated here," they wrote. Tillotama Shome's Tweet This comes days after actress Tillotama Shome slammed the same airline for an almost 9-hour delay. "@airindiaflight to Heathrow.

Delayed as of now from 5.15 am to 10am. No message, no calls from the airlines to notify passengers of the delay.

Upon contacting AI, all they can say is sorry. Zero accountability and no solutions offered. India's official airline," .
