Robin Williams, a dynamic business manager from Westmoreland, found himself perplexed in the haircare section. Seeking advice, he turned to the nearest female shopper, who happened to be Dr Shasha-Marie Williams, a distinguished dermatologist trained at Cardiff University in the UK.
