The event, which provides a preview of next year's spring and summer collections, will be held at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) and other key fashion districts throughout the city. Launched in 2000, the annual event aims to elevate K-fashion on the global stage by enhancing the international networks of domestic designers and fashion brands, connecting them with buyers from around the world. This year, the city plans to connect 95 Korean designer brands with 120 global buyers, focusing on enhancing exchanges and maximizing contract opportunities through more robust business programs.

At the 2024 Fall/Winter Seoul Fashion Week, which took place last year, 84 brands and 101 international buyers took part, leading to around $5.24 million in orders. This year’s Seoul Fashion Week will showcase leading apparel brands that are already gaining international recognition, such as Youser, Julycolumn, Ulkin, Eenk, Bonbom, Amomento, and Marhenj.

These brands aim to explore new markets and secure contract opportunities. Major international buyers, such as France's Prendang clothing store, Japan's Daimaru department store and Singapore's Club 21, will also participate, reflecting h.
