The 32-year-old newly-named billionaire - who revealed that pregnancy is not an option for her - looked stunning on the red carpet in black sequined evening gown. Emilia Perez is a Spanish-language French musical crime comedy film written and directed by Jacques Audiard, that also stars Zoe Saldana. Gomez appeared to be all smiles for the cameras as she arrived, despite her comments that surfaced the same day as the premiere.

'I unfortunately can’t carry my own children. I have a lot of medical issues that would put my life and the baby’s in jeopardy. That was something I had to grieve for a while,' she told Vanity Fair.

Gomez suffers from Lupus, an autoimmune disease and had a kidney transplant in 2017. Additionally, she is on medication to manage her bi-polar disorder.
