A marquee has been erected within the grounds of the five-acre site ahead of the opening. Clarkson has faced push back over the years from locals in the West Oxfordshire area when he has tried to expand his Diddly Squat farm project, which features in his hit Amazon series Clarkson’s Farm. And some residents have expressed concerns about traffic problems because the pub is located next to the busy A40 road.
