St. Joseph is taking the fall season by storm with loads of entertainment and activities. This week's edition of See St.
Joseph has everything from pumpkin mountains to musical spelling bees. Here in St. Joseph, fall does not really kick off until the lighting of Pumpkin Mountain at the annual Pumpkinfest.
For 28 years, the Pony Express Museum has hosted Pumpkinfest on their grounds for all of St. Joseph to enjoy for free. The festival features a ton of fall-themed activities such as the lighting of Pumpkin Mountain at 8 p.
m. Friday, a children's costume parade and contest beginning 11 a.m.

m. Friday and goes until 5 p.m.
Sunday at the Pony Express Museum. Robidoux Resident Theatre will bring the community back to their youth with their production of "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee." The Tony-Award-winning musical follows a group of unique and impassioned tweens, played by adults, as they compete for the Bee championship.
Whether scripted, improvised or even with the help of a few willing audience members, "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee" is sure to bring laughs and enjoyment from everyone. St. Joseph residents can catch the show 7:30 p.
m. Friday and Saturday and 2:00 p.m.
