Sean McVay and the Los Angeles Rams didn't just defeat the San Francisco 49ers in comeback fashion this past Sunday, they saved themselves from a dreaded 0-3 start to the season. McVay's squad seemed down for the count after going down 14-0 early to the 49ers, but they kept on fighting despite being down so many key players on offense. Matthew Stafford also proved that he can move the chains regardless of who's at wide receiver, throwing for 221 yards and a touchdown.

After the Rams defeated the 49ers on a last-second field goal, McVay had an interesting postgame interaction with Kyle Shanahan. A photo of McVay patting Shanahan on top of the head surfaced on social media. It didn't take long for fans to speculate about their exchange at midfield.

Some fans are convinced that McVay disrespected Shanahan by patting the top of his head as if he was a little kid. "I mean this honestly might be the most disrespectful picture in sports history," one fan said. Another fan wrote, "This pic is crazy.

" "The reach up for the top is crazy," a third fan tweeted. Sean McVay "lil bro's" Kyle Shanahan 😂 pic.twitter.

"You give Stafford too much hope [and] you put a ball in his hands at the end, it's not a situation you want to be in." Dustin Bradford/Getty Images The Rams and 49ers will .
