The mum-of-two, a regular on BBC Morning Live, has been paired up with Spanish dancer Gorka Marquez in this year's series. The pair have been excited for the competition to get underway over the last few weeks, but the reality of being away from home hit the pro dancer hard after the opening show. Gorka was left in tears over the weekend and told his legion of fans on Instagram that he is already struggling over being away from his family .
