The 44-year-old singer shared a before and after snap of her impressive progress, proudly announcing that she has lost nine stone since introducing exercise and a calorie deficit into her life.

In a new post, Michelle has opened up on her fitness journey and where she trains, crediting her Glasgow based gym, Thrive Fitness , for all of her personal progress. The singer works out at the gym with personal trainer Jenna Nolan who helps women of all ages achieve their fitness goals. Michelle admitted that for a long time, she viewed exercise as the 'enemy' but has now discovered that functional strength training is one of the 'greatest joys' in her life, boosting both her physical and mental health.
