As the largest loyalty program in the Nordic hotel sector, Scandic Friends already boasts a membership base of 3 million individuals.

The company’s ambition is to double this number by 2030, reflecting its commitment to customer engagement and satisfaction. In 2023, Scandic Friends members accounted for approximately 38 percent of all room nights sold, underscoring the program’s significance in driving the company’s business. The reimagined loyalty program is expected to further increase member bookings and contribute significantly to overall revenue growth.

The new iteration of Scandic Friends introduces a fresh structure and design, expanding from five to seven membership levels.
