Chef Peng is renowned for his mastery of bold flavours and innovative techniques and expertly balances the seven essential flavours of Sichuan cuisine: sweet, sour, numbing, spicy, bitter, fragrant, and salty. His dishes, crafted from high-quality ingredients and executed with meticulous precision, are celebrated for their rich aromas and authentic taste.

The Chef is trained under the legendary Sichuan cuisine master Zhang Zhongyou and has inherited traditional recipes while infusing them with his unique touch.
