You might have heard the playful charm of the Korean language in countless love songs and movies, but not everyone knows about Korea’s beloved 'Kimchi'. More than just another dish, Kimchi a staple of Korean cuisine. Like, if a Korean dining table were a football field, kimchi would be its Lionel Messi! Don't you love to taste this iconic cuisine at least once? Head over to Kozhikode Beach, where the Hortus Arts and Literature Festival is in full swing.

Not only will you find kimchi, but an entire palette of four delicious Korean dishes awaits food lovers here. Renowned Korean chef Hong Chu Park is hosting cooking classes and showcasing authentic Korean flavours at Hortus. Classes run until Sunday, with two sessions each day.

Only 20 participants per session can join, so those interested should register early. The morning session is from 11 a.m.

to 12 p.m., and the evening session runs from 4:30 p.

m. to 5:30 p.m.

For a fee of Rs.690 per person, participants can learn to make kimchi and enjoy an elaborate Korean feast. Don’t miss your chance as just 120 spots are available across six sessions.
