Prayagraj : Crores of devotees and visitors coming to Maha Kumbh-2025 will be able to get an insight into the rich cultural and historical legacy of Kumbh and Sanathan Dharma through a unique Sanskriti Gram ( cultural village ) to built in the campus of the fair. To be built in an area of five acres in the Arail area of Maha Kumbh Mela, this ‘village’ will be special in many ways. Various cultural events, including exhibitions, will be held here for 45 days during the mega religious event.

Various cultural, spiritual, and historical aspects of Maha Kumbh will be shown through Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) shows. The Sanskriti Gram will be equipped with features like a visit to past showing Maharaja Harshvardhan giving donation for organising the Kumbh and a virtual visit of all the sites along with the information of their historical and cultural context through AR, a 360-degree virtual immersive experience, touchscreen interactive kiosks, multimedia display, mobile app integration, and live streaming virtual tours. The exhibitions will also include information about Vedas, Puranas, Charak Samhita and ancient astrological scriptures along with the mention of the ancient universities.
