The Saints are looking to get back on track after losing their last two games by a total of 5 points. Here are our staff predictions on how Sunday's game will play out.
Jeff Duncan (Season record: 1-3) Saints 17, Chiefs 16: The Chiefs have been living dangerously for most of the season and are banged-up and ripe for an upset. The Saints should be hungry after dropping back-to-back heartbreakers. If Klint Kubiak can put together a solid game plan on the ground and Derek Carr can avoid mistakes, I love their chances at pulling off the upset.
But it won't be easy. Zach Ewing (Season record: 1-3) Chiefs 17, Saints 14: In a lot of ways, this game sets up well for New Orleans. Kansas City is a championship team, but it's been as mediocre as a 4-0 team can get.
But that's the thing. They're still undefeated behind a stout defense and No. 15, who just knows how to get it done late in games.
Chalk up another frustrating loss for the Saints. Luke Johnson (Season record: 1-3) Chiefs 27, Saints 23 : While Kansas City obviously has the pedig.
