SINGER Sabrina Carpenter ran off stage screaming after a firework hit her in the chest mid-performance. The Espresso star, 25 , had wowed fans in a black glittering leotard and suspenders before the incident. Sabrina, dating Irish actor Barry Keoghan, 31 , got too close to the pyrotechnics at the end of her set at a festival in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park.
As her band continued to play, the singer, who will kick off her first UK arena tour next March, ran off stage flanked by dancers. She was not injured. Sabrina is following in the footsteps of Miley Cyrus by going from sweet-natured Disney child star to racy performer.
