UK tourists flying to Europe this summer have been warned of the potential for 'delays and confusion' at airports after the EU announced a major change to hand luggage rules. The EU Commission recently announced that all of its airports will be reverting back to old hand luggage rules from September 1, specifically the requirement for passengers to keep liquids, gels and aerosols within 100ml containers.
