The Wall Street Journal reported last month that Seacrest, 50, has been in contract to purchase a 11,000 square foot residence in the swanky LA neighborhood for $36 million. Now new aerial shots capture the resplendent, seven-bedroom mansion that the Wheel of Fortune host is preparing to call home. The gorgeous home, designed to resemble the Mediterranean, boasts an interior courtyard filled with archways, olive trees, and leads to a pool in the backyard.
The entryway of the home is decorated with lush foliage, with a large driveway accessible from the street. Previous inhabitants include Diane Keaton, who owned the residence approximately 20 years ago, according to WSJ.
