Pune: NCP (SCP) state president Jayant Patil on Sunday declared that ruling parties have failed to resolve problems like traffic and increasing crime in the city. Speaking at the rally organised in Hadapsar for party candidate Prashant Jagtap, Patil said, "How will those, who could not even deal with the ‘koyta gang' in Pune, be able to maintain law and order of the whole state?" Patil earlier in the day also held a rally in Parvati for party candidate Ashwini Kadam. At the Hadapsar event, Patil also said that industries have left Hinjewadi due to traffic problems.

"The same traffic congestion issues are rising in areas like Kharadi and Hadapsar. Companies here too are facing these hassles. It is hampering the lives of commuters.
