A new retreat is being launched in collaboration with the famous Ruby Wax, and is set to leave people feeling “transformed” after the four-day stay. Those attending will be able to try all sorts of workshops with the British-American actress whilst soaking up the glorious Welsh countryside in a walled garden of an old castle site. Ruby is best known for her wacky comedy and her work as a TV personality as well as a mental health campaigner.
She has also written a number of mindfulness books such as ‘Frazzled’ and ‘Sane New World.’ The unique event will take place from September 30 to October 3 in the picturesque village of Lawrenny at the Little Retreat site in Pembrokeshire . Often regarded as one of Wales' hidden gems, four rivers converge to form the breathtaking Daugleddau estuary, offering an idyllic escape into nature.
