RTE viewers are giving their thoughts on the Roses tonight as one woman is set to be crowned the Rose of Tralee this evening. The beauty of the competition is meeting so many different women from varied walks of life, and viewers particular loved the Dublin Rose Casey Harris. The Finglas native stunned in a blue gown that showed off her tattoos and spoke about how proud she was to represent her area.

Obviously I have a lot of tattoos, it wasn't something that I had necessarily seen on a platofrm like this and it just seemed very out of reach." She spoke about how proud she is to show off where she's from.

"It's unfortunately an area that gets a lot of negative media and it's disheartening to see as someone who's so proud of where they come from and who's so in touch with the community," said Casey. "I have the great pleasure of teaching young people in Finglas and being a part of a lot of community efforts, things like Finglas Addiction Support Team and working very closely with some of the most amazing people in the country.
