Selected by 600 members of The World’s 50 Best Hotels Academy, voters were asked to identify the property that offered their most exceptional hospitality experience during the 18-month voting period.

This award recognizes the property and its staff for their remarkable service and meticulous attention to detail. Voters evaluated factors such as the hotel’s ambience, the delivery of unique experiences, and the overall warmth of hospitality.
