Singer Roisín Ó is happiest when recording new songs or performing her hits for her loyal fans across the country. It was a magical show. I was on tour at the time and we got to pull our tour bus up beside his backstage and meet him and his unreal band after the gig. He was so welcoming and great craic to be around.

I’ve been a huge fan of his since I was a teen so it was a real pinch me moment. Movie True Romance. Quentin Tarantino is one of my favourite directors and I usually say Pulp Fiction when I get asked this question.

.. but I just got engaged.

..so lately I like to be super cheesy and send my fiancé random texts saying “You’re so cool”.
