Roche ( OTCQX:RHHBY ) is considering selling cancer data startup Flatiron Health. Roche is working with Citigroup to look at options for Flatiron, which the Swiss pharma giant acquired in 2018 for $1.9 billion, according to a Financial Times report on Wednesday, which cited people familiar with the matter.

Roche is looking at divesting the business or selling part of it to a partner who could help run it. The pharma giant's ownership of Flatiron has deterred some rival drugmakers from doing business with it and hurt it sales, according to the report. Roche and Citi declined comment to the FT.
