Riverdale: Final episode promo Riverdale star Gina Gershon is all set to star in The Designer, a brand new body horror film which has been written and directed by Em Johnson. The film also stars Dinner in America's Katherine Waddell, Wicked star Ethan Slater and Queer as Folk star Jesse James Kietel. The movie focuses on Gerry (played by Katherine) who joins the huge marketing company Kismetta in a bid to find her identity.
What ensues is a world of chaos as the character "succumbs to her own delusional identity", Deadline reports. As well as the four actors, The Designer also features Michelle Hurd, Annie Golden, Jessica Belkin and Gwendoline Yeo. As well as starring in the film, Katherine is also producing it alongside co-producers Jiarui Guo and Warner Davis.
It's also a joint production with Incandescent Entertainment, First Bloom Films and Hemlock Circle Productions. Actress and singer Gina had a recurring role in the teen drama Riverdale on Netflix and starred as Jughead Jones' mum Gladys Jones. She's had an extensive career across film, television, music and theatre since making her debut in the industry in 1986.

I Love You with Gerard Butler, the 2018 version of The Little Mermaid and most recently, the slasher thriller film Thanksgiving.
