Rita Ora has some exciting career news as her romance with husband Taika Waititi continues to blossom. Speaking exclusively to The Mirror at Manchester Pride festival, 33, the songstress shared her excitement about a brand-new movie role after she turned her hand at acting after first shooting to fame in the music industry way back in 2012. The Kosovo-born singer, who was headlining Manchester's Pride weekend, gushed over the annual weekend in the Northern city before disclosing exciting news about her career and love life.

The Hot Right Now hitmaker gushed: "I make art for the LGBTQIA+ community. It's like they tell you the truth and they support you forever, and I'll always be there for the community whenever they need me." Rita then shared some exciting career news, admitting that there is new music on the way, as well as another movie role following her appearance in the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy and Wonderwell.

"I have been working really hard on new music, and I have something very special coming soon. After Manchester, I'm flying to LA, to record more music there. I'm also filming another movie.

" Lifting the lid on her marriage with movie director Taika, Rita shared: "I'm just enjoying the ride, and I feel very lucky to find a partner who supports me and my dreams and ambitions and makes me a better version of myself." It comes after Rita was forced to cancel scheduled performance at a festival this month, telling fans that she must rest after having ended up in hos.
