New details have emerged surrounding the death of Real Housewives of Orange County alum Lauri Peterson 's son. Josh Waring —who Lauri shares with ex Phillip Waring —died from the combined effects of the drugs fentanyl, methamphetamine and olanzapine (an antipsychotic medication), California's Orange County Sherriff-Coroner Department told TMZ Aug. 29.

The autopsy also revealed that the 35-year-old's death was ruled accidental, per the outlet. E! News reached out to the Orange County Sherriff-Coroner Department for comment but has not heard back. The update in Josh's death investigation comes five months after Lauri shared that her son died on Easter Sunday .
