The fermenter tanks take up about half of the brew pub. The room looks like a cross between an Adirondack lodge with a handsome stone fireplace and a reconstructed barn with exposed reclaimed timbers and welcoming wooden tables. The space is configured facing a large set of overhead doors that look out on a deck, fairways, greens, and a view of the Southern Adirondacks.
