Tuesday, August 27, 2024 Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) is excited to announce a special dining event featuring two top chefs, Chef Ian Kittichai and Chef Richie Lin, from September 12 to 15, 2024, at Soi Social. Chef Ian Kittichai, known for his Thai restaurants like Issaya Siamese Club in Bangkok, and Chef Richie Lin, the founder of the famous Mume restaurant, will join forces to create a unique menu that combines Thai and Taiwanese flavors. The event will showcase dishes that highlight the chefs’ creativity and expertise.

One of the featured dishes is the Scallop Larb, a twist on the traditional Thai larb, made with fresh Hokkaido scallop instead of the usual pork or beef. Another standout is the White Fish Broth with Preserved Cabbage, which blends Taiwanese preserved cabbage with Thai herbs, offering a mix of both cultures. Guests can also enjoy Chef Richie’s Lobster dish with betal leaf and yellow curry and Chef Ian’s Iberico Pork Jowl with maitake mushroom and a special herb sauce.

These dishes reflect the chefs’ combined culinary skills and their passion for blending flavors from different cultures. The event offers a four-course lunch for S$98++ and a six-course dinner for S$208++. These meals provide a chance to enjoy the chefs’ innovative take on Thai and Taiwanese cuisine.
