At the premiere of Zoë Kravitz 's directorial debut, Blink Twice , on Thursday, Witherspoon, 48, brought her 20-year-old son, Deacon Phillippe , as her black carpet date. In a cute mother-son moment at Los Angeles' DGA Theater Complex, the two smiled for the cameras side-by-side. The Legally Blonde star wore a chic black blouse with matching wide-leg pants.
Her music producer son opted for a more casual fit with a navy polo shirt, white pants and white sneakers. Witherspoon shares son Deacon and lookalike daughter Ava Phillippe , 24, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe , whom she announced her split from in 2006 after seven years of marriage. Ava was also at the event but opted out of the carpet.
The Morning Show star additionally shares son Tennessee , 11, with her second husband, Jim Toth, whom she divorced last summer after 12 years of marriage. On the carpet, Witherspoon also posed with Big Little Lies co-star Laura Dern . Witherspoon, Kravitz and Dern will reprise their roles on the murder drama for its highly anticipated third season .
