Numerous ramps at the intersection of Telegraph and Eight Mile roads, the boundary between Southfield and Detroit, are closed as part of an ongoing Telegraph Road reconstruction project. Additionally, northbound Telegraph Road will be reduced to one lane from Seven Mile Road to Eight Mile Road from 7 a.m. to 5 p.
