The Las Vegas Raiders have a quarterback issue. Yes, that is true, but there are also so many things around Gardner Minshew, or whoever it is at the position on any given Sunday, that affect how the QB plays. This year, it's been injuries everywhere, the offensive line, and even the WR room.

But, the QB problem takes most of the blame. On Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, Minshew or Ridder weren't great. There is no hiding that.

They could have been much better, but they really didn't have any help from the trenches up front.
