Tuesday, March 25, 2025 Cunard’s eagerly awaited new ship, Queen Anne, has made her inaugural appearance in Singapore, docking at Marina Bay Cruise Centre on March 24-25, 2025. The stop was part of her 107-night maiden world cruise, which will explore over 30 destinations across more than 20 countries. Queen Anne, which began service in May 2024, marks Cunard’s first new vessel in 14 years.

Spanning 14 decks, the ship boasts 15 dining venues and can accommodate up to 3,000 guests, along with a crew of over 1,200. As a Pinnacle-class cruise liner, Queen Anne is named after Queen Anne, who reigned from 1702 to 1714. She stands as the second-largest ship in Cunard’s esteemed fleet.

A plaque exchange ceremony took place to celebrate the ship’s first visit to Singapore. Captain David Hudson exchanged commemorative plaques with representatives from SATS-Creuers Cruise Services, the operator of Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore, as well as the Singapore Tourism Board and Wallem Shipping. On March 24, over 40 local travel advisors were invited aboard Queen Anne for a special familiarisation tour of the ship’s facilities.

They enjoyed lunch at the Britannia restaurant while getting a close look at the ship’s signature attractions.
