The reason why a vine-wrapped fence has a new, mysterious gap looking into the neighbor's yard melted people's hearts on Instagram. A new neighbor and an named Owen moved next door to Caamp the . Wanting to be welcoming, Caamp immediately made an effort to greet the dog, however, he quickly realized the fence prevented the introduction and the vines blocked his view.

But that wasn't going to stop him. He took matters into his own paws. Little-by-little, Caamp started pulling the vines off the fence to get a look at his new neighbor without being caught.

His renovations created a hole in the vines and the owners didn't understand how it happened. That is until they caught him in the act in an Instagram video posted to the account @caampstagram on September 20. Caamp was at the fence with his new bestie on the other side.

Both were wagging their tails at the sight of each other, but a view wasn't enough for Caamp. He began tearing back the vines wrapped around the fence with Owen smiling for approval. The fewer vines meant the more the two dogs could see each other.

The mystery of the gap was finally solved and as the caption reads, the owners "found the culprit." But can anyone be mad? Caamp was just being neighborly! The precious video quickly became a hit, amassing over 2.3 million views, 230,000 likes and nearly 1,000 comments as of Monday.

"Before you know it there will be no vines so they can run together," one Instagram user wrote. Others demanded the two pups get togeth.
