Photo by ERROL MCGIHON / Postmedia Article content An employee working for the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) has filed a human rights complaint against the union, partly because it won’t let him do his job remotely. In an application to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, longtime PSAC employee Adrian Dumitru said he has experienced almost two decades of “discrimination and harassment,” culminating in the union denying his request for full-time remote work in 2022.
