PlayStation has officially announced a “Technical Presentation” with Mark Cerny, Lead System Architect for the PS4 and PS5, which will more than likely be the official reveal for the . As announced, the presentation takes place on at 8:00 am PT, and it will last for around nine minutes. While PlayStation has not specifically confirmed this as the PS5 Pro reveal, it would incredibly surprising if it wasn’t.
Recently, a sketch leaked of this device, and that same design popped up as a teaser in the PlayStation 30th Anniversary – possibly as an easter egg for those who’ve been watching news of the console closely. It’s also hard to think what else a presentation focus on “PS5 and innovations in gaming technology” could refer to. After months of rumours about its existence and design, it seems the PS5 Pro will finally get its chance in the sun.
