Prince George recently celebrated his 11th birthday with his proud parents sharing a striking black and white photo of their eldest son in honour of the occasion. It's not known how the royal spent his big day; George, Charlotte and Louis broke up from school at the start of the month. But it's likely the family pulled out all the stops to make it extra special.

William and Kate certainly went all out for his sixth birthday in 2019. In July of that year, the family stayed in a luxury £27,000-a-week villa on the private Caribbean Island of Mustique , along with Kate's parents Carole and Michael Middleton - their two-week holiday would have totalled approximately £57,000. In fact, given the complete privacy of the Mustique, which has a no-fly zone enforced, and the discretion of other guests, it's a favourite of the royals ; William and Kate first visited Mustique in 2008 and have been returning ever since.

According to the Sun , the royals stayed at the five-bedroom luxury holiday pad, Villa Antilles - featuring a kids' room with two bunk beds, a butler, housekeeper and private garden. It also boasts a 18-metre infinity pool , which overlooks the ocean. The home was built in 2016 and is owned by property developer Andrew Dunn – a long-time pal of Prince William .

According to the website: "The focus is on al fresco dining at Antilles. With a choice of indoor and outdoor dining locations and a trained chef , menus can be tailored to suit every taste and preference. Househol.
