Sophia, who is currently pregnant with her third child, made the comment in her stories after uploading a video in which she first discussed having four children of her own 'back to back'. Posting the selfie to Instagram, Sophie reacted to fans who had asked her what having 'back to back babies' meant. 'I didn't realise that so many people didn't know what [it meant],' she said.
