Released on June 26, 2024, the movie hooked the audience on the big screens. Now, more than a month after its release, Kalki 2898 AD has become the fourth highest-grossing film ever at the domestic box office. According to the details shed by the industry tracker Sacnilk, the film, starring Prabhas in the lead role, has surpassed Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan.

As per the recent details, Kalki 2898 AD box office collection in India stood at Rs 760 crores gross and Rs 640 crore nett in all languages. This surpasses Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Jawan’s total earnings of Rs.760 crore for the entire run.

Kalki has surpassed Jawan’s record in both nett and gross collections. The report further suggests that the Hindi version of Kalki 2898 AD is ahead with Rs. 350 crore gross (Rs.

290 crore nett). Following this is the Telugu version of the film, which has earned a total of Rs 335 gross, while Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada versions have grossed around Rs. 75 crore so far.

Prabhas’ Baahubali 2 remains the biggest domestic grosser with Rs.1417 crore gross (Rs.1030 crore nett).

It is followed by KGF: Chapter 2 with Rs. 1001 crore gross (Rs.860 crore nett) in second place, and RRR with Rs.

916 crore gross (Rs.782 crore nett) in third.
