At a news conference Thursday, lead investigator Sgt. Chris O’Brien said Lusk, 66, was stabbed Sept.
23 near his home on Ira Morgan Way in Metcalfe. He later died in hospital. “Dale was seconds from his home.
..when he pulled over to interact with the occupants of a light-grey or silver four-door car,” O’Brien said.
