m. on Wednesday night. He is described as a black male, approximately 5’9′′ or 179 cm, with a medium build.
He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants. On Thursday morning, several police cars and emergency vehicles were on the scene and a large swath of the beach was cordoned off by police tape, but swimmers were still swimming in the designated swimming area.
