Police have been out in force in Bolton as officers crack down on anti-social behaviour (ASB). Officers have been patrolling ASB "hotspots" in the town centre as part of the work. The force has also been working with partners to "offer diversionary activities to prevent persons engaging in ASB".

"PC Bowles has visited the Market Place as part of his patrols this week, and officers will continue to patrol each day across Bolton town centre. "We are working closely with our partners to offer diversionary activities to prevent persons engaging in ASB, and will be dealing with those who continue to be a detriment to our community.
