To play, users will simply need to open a virtual booster pack and collect the cards inside.

Players will be able to open two free booster packs a day with the goal, as always, to collect ‘em all. The cards will feature a mix of classic and new illustrations, alongside 3d and immersive variants and eventually, players will be able to trade their cards with other players, but that’ll come as part of a post-launch update. As well as collecting, Pokémon TCG Pocket users will also be able to build decks and battle players around the world.
