Thursday, October 3, 2024 Philippine Airlines (PAL) is set to inaugurate direct flights between Manila and Seattle starting October 2, 2024. This new route makes PAL the first airline to offer nonstop service between the Philippines and the U.S.
Pacific Northwest, further boosting business and leisure travel between the two regions. In 2023 alone, over 900,000 Americans visited the Philippines, with the U.S.
serving as the country’s second-largest source of tourists. The new service will also cater to the growing Filipino-American community in Washington and Oregon, home to over 240,000 Filipinos. PAL President and Chief Operating Officer, Captain Stanley K.
