Launching fresh winter menus, Chef Friedmann crafts dishes inspired by the vibrant landscapes of Vail Valley, showcasing the rich flavors of heritage farms and ranches in the area. With over a decade of experience in top luxury resorts nationwide, he brings a commitment to locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, curating elevated, immersive dining experiences that reflect the spirit of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains.
