SHREVEPORT, La. - Help is available for Shreveport residents in need of a home makeover. Paint Your Heart Out Shreveport is now accepting applications.
The program provided makeovers to 50 homes in Shreveport last year. They plan to do more next year by painting houses and fixing rooftops. Applications will be accepted every two years.
The deadline for applications this year is Dec. 31. You can apply at shreveportla.
